What if my footage isn't good enough?
We tell you before starting, and refund if we can’t make it work.
Can I order more later?

Do you post the videos for me?
No, you get finished files ready to upload.
Can I use the video in a TV commercial?
Not with the standard music licence. Let us know in advance and we’ll license the music separately or use a track cleared for broadcast, quoted as an extra.
Delivery times. Delivery times count from when all your materials are in. If we’re fully booked, we’ll confirm your start date before work begins.
Revisions. A revision round means one list of changes to existing edits: text, timing, music swap, cuts. New footage is a new order.
Not included: filming, scripting from scratch, stock footage beyond what we source, posting to your accounts.
Usage rights. Use the videos freely in your own online marketing: your website, social channels, and paid social and digital ads. The music licence does not cover TV, cinema or broadcast — tell us before ordering and we’ll quote it.
Refunds. Full refund before work starts. Once delivered, the included revision round is the remedy.
